We also work with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, offering tailored support to meet the needs of each age group.

  • If you are experiencing ongoing feelings of sadness, anxiety, stress, or difficulty managing life events, it may be helpful to see a psychologist. Additionally, if you’re struggling with relationships, work challenges, or coping with trauma, therapy can provide support and guidance.

  • The duration of therapy varies depending on your needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from short-term therapy, while others may require longer-term support. Your psychologist will discuss the expected length of therapy with you during the process.

  • Yes, everything discussed in therapy is confidential, with a few legal exceptions such as if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. Your psychologist will explain confidentiality and its limits during your first session.

  • Yes, we specialise in supporting children, infants, adolescents, and families. We provide therapy for children with developmental concerns, trauma, anxiety, and neurodivergence, as well as parenting support and family therapy.

  • Yes, therapy is highly effective in treating anxiety and depression. We use evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you understand and manage your symptoms and improve your overall well-being.

  • It's normal to feel unsure or hesitant about starting therapy. The most important step is reaching out. Our team will help you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have before you start your treatment. We are here to support you at every stage.

  • Our psychologists are trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and more. We use a flexible, client-centred approach to find the best treatment plan for you.

Appointment Information

  • During your first appointment, your psychologist will take time to understand your concerns, gather some background information, and discuss your goals for therapy. This is a confidential and collaborative process, where your psychologist will work with you to develop a plan for treatment.

  • You can make an appointment by calling our office on 0457 634 444. Our team will help you find a time that works for you and provide any additional information you may need.

  • We accept a range of private health funds & Medicare referrals. We accept both Plan managed & self-managed NDIS referrals, Workcover, Department of Veterans affairs & EAP referrals.  Contact your private health fund to check if your Health insurance covers Psychology. Call our office to obtain a list of our current fees.

  • The cost of therapy varies depending on the type and length of the session. We offer competitive pricing and may be able to assist with rebates through Medicare or private health insurance. Please contact us for more information on pricing.

  • For your first session, it can be helpful to think about what you’d like to address, any specific challenges or goals you have, and any background information that might be relevant to your therapist. There’s no need to feel prepared with everything; your psychologist will guide you through the process.

  • We understand that life can get in the way. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We have a cancellation policy that helps us manage our schedules and ensure availability for other clients.
